Kiki Grossman

Kristin K. “Kiki” Grossman is not just a Florida Supreme Court-certified Family Mediator and Attorney at Law; she’s a devoted yoga practitioner, writer, and artist dedicated to fostering peace and understanding in every facet of her life.

Kiki’s journey began with a passion for helping others and a drive to make a positive impact on her community. After earning her B.A. in Art from the University of Central Florida, Kiki soon became immersed in the study and practice of yoga which led to her discovering Mahatma Gandhi’s dispute resolution model. Her desire to help people resolve conflicts peacefully led her to pursue her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she strengthened her desire to become a dispute resolution professional.

Professional Career

After she graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law, Kiki was accepted to The Straus Institute at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she specialized in conflict resolution and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.), receiving three CALI Excellence For the Future Awards in the process.

Throughout her career, Kiki has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate conflict with grace and skill. As the Lead Conflict Resolution Specialist with Leap Frog Divorce, she serves as the director of the Leap Frog Divorce Conflict Resolution Center, managing all aspects of its operations.

Her role includes developing and delivering conflict resolution workshops and processes for corporations, non-profits, and government teams, providing in-house training for paralegals and lawyers on conflict navigation and stress management, and offering clients trauma-informed family law services, including pre-ADR/pre-legal process coaching.

Outside the Courtroom

Kiki’s expertise extends beyond the realm of law and conflict resolution. In 1999, she earned her yoga teaching certification from the nationally renowned Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, and has since shared the wisdom of yoga with teams and students at numerous institutions. In recent years her interest in trauma-informed practices led to her becoming a certified instructor through Warriors At Ease, a non-profit organization centered around providing trauma-informed yoga and meditation to service members, first responders, and veterans.

Just as yoga provides a holistic approach to health and wellness, Kiki applies the same principle to her work in dispute resolution. She’s a firm believer that conflict resolution isn’t just about winning or losing—it’s about the transformational opportunities available through navigating conflict with understanding, empathy, and perspective taking.

Her contributions to her field have been recognized in numerous publications. She has authored a case study for the Ohio State University Divided Community Project/American Arbitration Association and has been published in law reviews and the book “Kripalu Yoga: A Guide to Practice On and Off the Mat.”

At Leap Frog Divorce, Kiki continues to draw on her diverse skills and experiences to transform how individuals and organizations approach conflict. Her commitment to her work, her clients, and her community has made her an invaluable member of our team and a beacon of understanding in the field of conflict resolution.
