Effective Conflict Resolution Services

Navigating conflicts in the workplace can be challenging, but Leap Frog is here to help you transform these difficulties into opportunities for growth and collaboration. Led by expert Kiki Grossman, Leap Frog specializes in conflict resolution services that not only help to resolve immediate issues, but also empower your team with the tools needed for long-term harmony and success.

Workplace Mediation

Facilitated Conversations

Leap Frog’s Facilitated Conversation (FC) process creates psychological safety and an environment where participants can share perspectives with authenticity and receive information with equanimity. The FC process encourages team members to work together to identify sources of conflict and inefficiency and to pinpoint those behaviors and “ways of being” in the workplace which will help defuse conflict and promote optimal team performance. Team members, with the help of Kiki, craft a plan for the future, pairing desired goals with actionable steps to achieve that goal.

Mediation

Kiki, as a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, conducts formal mediation under Chapter 44 of the Florida Statutes. Mediations conducted under this law are governed by confidentiality requirements, among other specifications. Formal mediation can be used for pre-suit or pending suit conflicts. In this process, Kiki acts as a neutral and impartial third party to help facilitate mutually agreeable solutions, thereby avoiding court involvement while fostering a harmonious work environment.

Dr. R. A. Roncska, CAPT USN (RET)

“I am writing to offer my strongest recommendation for Kiki Grossman. I have successfully served as Commanding Officer onboard the nuclear attack submarine USS TEXAS (SSN-775), as the Naval Aide to President George W. Bush, completed over 28 years of intense at sea Submarine Naval Service, held positions of extreme responsibility, and now serve as the Senior Vice President of the Health Council for the Florida Chamber of Commerce. As a result, I have had the opportunity to work with many quality individuals. There is no doubt in my mind, Kiki stands out to be one of the best. Her passion, professionalism, ability to influence, and warm demeanor are just a few of her many incredible noteworthy talents.

While I was the Executive Director of Patient Safety and High Reliability at AdventHealth, I had the pleasure of working with Kiki for while she served in a conflict resolution role. Without solicitation, she would routinely become a leader of initiatives. Kiki would also address safety issues with impressive corroboration, passion, and effectiveness. Her drive to succeed is overwhelming as apparent by her impressive resume. She is a natural leader who continuously strives to improve both herself and those around her.

She would be an invaluable asset to any organization.”

Michael Sampson, Esq.

“Kiki Grossman touches and uplifts people’s hearts, minds, and lives. Over the several years I’ve known Kiki, I’ve witnessed and valued skills she has demonstrated in many diverse projects she has undertaken: empathy, wit, disarming humility, creativity, will, intelligence, and boldness.

As a professor, Kiki has engaged and taught other professionals and me about bias. As a mentor to undergraduates, Kiki has helped students value professionalism and civility. As an active, thoughtful fellow board member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida, Kiki has contributed energy, ideas, good judgment, and perspective. As a friend, Kiki has listened, spoken honestly, and been comfortable and trusting in others to share of herself and skip past the superficial.”

“I had the pleasure of attending one of Ms. Grossman’s full day trainings for mediation and it was just amazing.  Most importantly, the time flew by, it was very interactive, interesting, fun, and felt like a social event more than a training. Not that Ms. Grossman was fooling around. However, the interactive nature, the creative games, and the sharing of ideas and information just made it such a fun experience. The seminar was thought out so well, organized, and flowed perfectly the entire day.  I would highly recommend any mediator to take one of Ms. Grossman’s seminars. You will be glad that you did.”
