Brett Castro

Brett Castro is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF) Legal Studies program and has dedicated her career to assisting clients and the Leap Frog Divorce Legal Team as our Paralegal and Discovery Specialist. Brett not only helps clients navigate the rigorous discovery collection process, but also analyzes financial discovery and other divorce process evidence. She excels at creating a robust financial picture of the case through investigating and gathering the nuanced pieces of the “discovery puzzle.”

Brett has had a longstanding passion for the law. Prior to entering her formal legal studies, Brett worked in the legal field in Oklahoma. This experience is what fueled her desire to deepen her understanding of the law and legal procedure.

Brett’s favourite thing about working with clients is getting to know their stories and what is most important to them. She realizes making the journey through these kinds of legal matters can be emotionally difficult for many clients. Her goal is to help the client feel like they have a team that understands their goals; a team that walks beside them on what can be a challenging path.

In her free time, Brett enjoys spending time with her family, extended family, and playing with her large pooch, Waffle!
